North Garden Warehouses

We designed, obtained permitting, financed, and constructed this project, commissioning the last unit in 2018. The project has encompassed eight (8) new warehouses, with optional flex office suits: two 6,000 sq. ft., two 5,000 sq. ft., and four 4,500 sq. ft. The site is located off the Beltway 8 and serves as a convenient business hub for the clients and community.
