Fondren Business Park

Following our success with the North Garden project, we have acquired land to develop a new business park on 10 acres, in two phases.

Phase I: We have constructed and commissioned 8 office suite + warehouses in 2020 and helped the new owners start very exciting businesses. The businesses range from a fresh produce distribution center, with its own industrial grade refrigeration unit to a wholesale network headquarter, and even includes an athletics club with fully equipped amenities, secure facility access, automated via an integrated mobile application.

Phase II: We started Phase II of the Fondren Business Park in summer of 2021 and have completed the design and engineering, earth works, and are finishing up foundation. Phase II will feature the same style commercial building structures as in the first phase and will be equipped with facilities and amenities, tailored to the future business owners’ specifications. Six out of eight units in this phase have already been pre-sold – months ahead of completing construction of all Phase II buildings.
